Please finalize the number of participants at least three days in advance.

Also, if you anticipate an increase or decrease of 10 or more people, please contact us at least one week in advance.

-Regarding cancellation fees-

For same-day cancellations, only the cost of the meal will be charged.

Furthermore, a significant decrease in the number of attendees after the initial number has been confirmed (approximately 10 people or more) will result in a cancellation fee (100%).
