The standard course allows you to fully enjoy SUZUVEL's proud deli offerings.The deli menu changes with the seasons, so you can enjoy the seasonal flavors of Niigata♪ Also, the main dish of this course is seafood acqua pazza using carefully selected dry sake from Yoshinogawa, a leading sake brewery in Nagaoka, Niigata.This dish is superb, with its rich aroma of sake and a soup infused with the deep umami of seafood.
